CTET Exam 2020

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national level exam. CTET gives a big opportunity for unemployed educated candidates to be an Assistant Teacher in a Central Govt. School such as NVS/KVS/Tibetan Schools etc. CBSE will conduct this CTET exam in 112 cities all over the country. CTET notification was released on 23rd January 2020. This exam will be held on 5th july 2020. All interested candidates are requested to apply for this exam.

CTET 2020 Educational Qualification

CTET Exam has two different types Primary and Elementary. The educational qualification are given below.
Educational Qualification for Primary Teacher (Classes I to V) - Paper 1
Ø  Candidate passing Senior Secondary (H.S) or equivalent with at least 50% marks and who has passed or is appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)
Ø  Candidate passing Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 45% marks and who has passed or is appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE Regulations 2002. (or)
Ø  Candidate passing Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and who is passed or is appearing for the final year of 4-year B.El.Ed. (or)
Ø  Candidate passing Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and who have passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education.
Ø  Age limit for this CTET Exam 18 to 35 Years
Eligibility Criteria for Elementary Teacher (Classes VI to VIII) - Paper 2
Ø  Candidates passing Graduation or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)
Ø  Candidates passing Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (or)
Ø  Candidates passing Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed, in accordance with the NCTE Regulations. (or)
Ø  Candidates passing Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed. (or)
Ø  Candidates passing Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. (or)
Ø  Candidates completing Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
Ø  Age limit for CTET Exam this 18 to 35 Years.

 CTET CUT-OFF Mark 2020

CTET July 2020: Important Updates

Many CTET register candidates are looking for CTET 2020 exam.  All Candidates are requested to visit official website to check the CTET exam scheduled. The CBSE has scheduled the CTET exam on July 5, 2020. And the CTET 2020 Admit card will be released in the 3rd week of June. The CBSE will release on 1st to 5th August 2020.
